6-8 cloves garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds

bread crumbs from 1 slice bread (or about 3 tbsp flour)
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Soybean Falafel:

Combine beans, onion, garlic, sesame seeds in food processor and process till a thick paste consistency. Add liquid as needed to keep from clumping too much.Put in bowl, process the slice of bread to make crumbs. Add crumbs and cumin to bean mix and combine.Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.Form in to ping-pong sized balls, put in lightly oiled (or use non-stick spray), pre-heated skillet over medium heat. Flatten slightly into patties and cook about 2-3 minutes per side.Serve as side item, main course, in sandwiches, or with salad.
