This is actually quite good warm too. If you do warm it, add the cilantro after warmed up and serve the avocado on the side. Drain the black beans and corn and rinse. Place in large bowl. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add chopped Cilantro and chopped avocado, and zucchini, stir. add seasoning to taste, chill. Serve with chicken or chips.
