1 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced thin, OR a few flakes of dried onion
1 small green bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1 small red bell pepper, cut into bite size pieces
1 small zucchini, ends removed and sliced thin
4 ounces mushrooms, stems removed and caps sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 medium cloves) or a shake of garlic powder.
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
10-12 kalamata olives, pitted and halved
