Spray or grease a long, rectangle, casserole dish. Put layers of filo dough, then a layer of cheese mixture, and continue this pattern as many times as you like! The last layer should be a thicker layer of filo dough. Then mix about .25 cups of Egg Beaters and the milk and pour it on top. Take a fork and poke the top several times all over. Put in the over at 350 degrees for an hour. The top should be dry and crispy light brown.
