Here is how you make Jungle French Toast Sticks:

Spray large baking dish with non-stick spray & set aside.Spread 3 pieces of bread with cream cheese. Top with banana slices and put other 3 slices of bread on top to make a sandwich. Press gently and cut each sandwich into 3 pieces, lengthwise.In pie plate or shallow bowl, crack eggs and beat until combined. Add milk & spices. Beat until combined.Dip each piece of sandwich into egg mix, be sure to coat completely. Put slices into prepared bakig pan.
