8 oz light cream cheese, cut into small cubes
6 cups of frozen raspberries defrosted
6 eggs
2 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Here is how you make Overnight Raspberry French Toast:

Cut up bread into cubes. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Place half the cubes in the pan. Melt the jam in the microwave til it is runny, then drizzle it over the bread cubes. Place small cubes of cream cheese scattered on top. Then mix together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Pour this over the bread. Now add the rest of the cubes of bread. Scatter about 2 cups of the raspberries on top, and press down gently.
