Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium hear. In a bowl, pour in egg substitute, protein powder and cinnamon. Stir until smooth (batter will be thick). Dip bread into batter and let soak up the mixture for 10 seconds. Turn bread over and repeat. Place batter soaked bread onto skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
