1 4 oz can whole ior diced green chiles
1 tbls olive oil
1/4 c onion
1 garlic clove
1/4 c Goya sofrito cooking base
1/2 tsp salt
dash black pepper
1 tsp hot sauce of your choice


How Do I Make Frijoles?

Here is how you make Frijoles:

Heat olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Mince onion and garlic then saute until soft. Add sofrito and chilies. If you are using whole chiles, chop them up first. Open and drain the garbanzo beans then add to the pan. Open black beans but do not drain,. Add the beans with the canning juice to the pan. Stir to combine. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
