Here is how you make Fritata:

Heat oil and cook chopped onion until soft but not brown. Pre-cook mixed veges according to instructions (I use the microwave), and add to the pan. Add bean sprouts to pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk eggs and milk together and add to pan. Turn heat down and cover for 5-10 minutes until eggs set. Sprinkle cheese on top.
