Here is how you make Couscous with Fruit:

Using a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet over medium heat and when hot, add garlic and saut? until golden. Add cayenne, paprika, Parsley, fresh or frozen preferred Coriander leaf, Pine Nuts, Cashew Nuts, Raisins, and saut? 7 to 10 minutes or until golden. Stir in chickpeas and green peas saut? 10 to 15.Season to taste. with salt, ground black pepper and fresh mint leaves. You might need to boil the frozen peas until cooked and drain them before adding them in to the dish. For the couscous just add boiled water and cover for 10 minutes until cooked / or fallow packet directions.Stir vegetable mixture into cooked couscous. Spoon into large serving dish, making well in centre. And garnish dish with parsley and mint leaves.
