*Raw White Onion 1/4 cup
*Fresh Ginger, 1 tbsp
*Milk - Almond Milk - Unsweetened - Blue Diamond, 1/2 cup
Garlic, 4 cloves
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
Carrots, cooked, 17 ounces (approximately 1 lb after cleaning and peeling)


How Do I Make Garlic Gingered Carrots?

Here is how you make Garlic Gingered Carrots:

Blend (Vitamix preferred) to puree the brocolli, onion, ginger and garlic with the milk and olive oil. Add dill weed and (1 tsp fenegreek if desired) and 1 Tb. of seasonings you like but no salt. (We use an Organic No Salt Seasoning that we get at Costco, but something like Mrs. Dash would be fine if you prefer.) Meanwhile cook the peeled and cleaned carrots in the microwave for 5 minutes with 1/4 cup water. When the carrots are done, add the vegetable and water used for cooking to the blender. Blend until smooth. Serve warm.
