Place a small pan of water on to boil (for the noodles).Heat oli in large pan or wok. Add garlic & onion & saute for 1 minute. Add carrot. Stirfry 1 minute.Place noodles in boiling water, set a timer for 3 min,Add zucchini to wok. Cook 1 min.Add broccoli & tofu to wok. Drain cooked noodles & add to wok.
