In a large bowl mix oil, honey salt and cinnamon. (I use about 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon because I love the taste on granola!) Whisk together until emulsified and totally incorporated2. Rough chop nuts. Add nuts, flax seed and oats to the oil and honey mixture. Mix well, until oats are fully coated.3. Evenly spread on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes. Stirring once. Pull out of oven when the oats are toasted but not burnt. The longer in the oven the crunchier the granola will be.
