What Are The Ingredients For Flax Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Flax Granola are: 1 cup whole flax seed1 cup whole golden flax seed 1 TB cinnamon 1 tsp ground cloves 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1TB Agave 1 TB Vanilla 1 cup water 5 oz bag of dried fruit (optional not included in nutrition) How Do I Make Flax Granola?Here is how you make Flax Granola: Mix both flax seed types together. In a separate bowl dissolve spices, agave & vanilla in water, mix well. Add mixed flax seeds to water, stir and cover. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.Preheat oven to 325 degreesUsing a spatula spread flax mixture on to a baking sheet. Spread as thin as possible. Place into oven. Every 15-20 minutes remove from oven and scrape pan, turn and crumble granola. Continue this for about an hour.Once dry turn off oven, add dried fruit (optional) to pan and replace in oven as it cools for about an hour.Store in an airtight container. Serve with Silk Coconut Milk (not included in nutritional data).
