In a non stick pan on top of stove, toast the oats lightly, then the seeds and nuts and combine. Toss with the maple syrup and cinnamon and bake for 20 minutes at 350 stirring half way through the cooking time. When done, add the dried fruits and flaxmeal and toss together.
