3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
2 cups almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts, sprouted pumpkin seeds; roughly chopped (use one of the above or a mix)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5-7 tablespoons butter or coconut oil or mixture, melted
3 tablespoons brown rice syrup (optional, I didn't use)

Preheat oven to 250 and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine all ingredients, then spread evenly on the tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden, turning halfway through the cooking time. The darker it is, the crunchier it is.
