The ingredients for Elsa's High Protein Granola are:

5 cups oats, 1/2 cup each of the following: slivered almonds, chopped pecans, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, 2/3 cup egg protein powder, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup honey.
NOTE: You can change the grains, nuts and seeds to your liking, but the total dry/liquid ratio should stay about the same.

Here is how you make Elsa's High Protein Granola:

I have calcuated this for 14 1/2 cup servings. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, mix thoroughly. Heat butter and add maple syrup then add to dry ingredients and combine. Place on 2 jelly roll pans (has sides). Bake until golden checking and stirring every 5 minutes (about 20 minutes total in my oven). Cool and store in refrigerator to maintain freshness. I have tried to use all naturally occuring ingredients. The only exception to this rule is the protein powder to boost the protein content.
