Here is how you make Great Granola:

Mix together oats, oil, honey, maple syrup and cinnamon. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir. Turn temperature to 300 and bake for 5 minutes. Check. Repeat until oats are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Pour fruit and nut mix on top. Pick up parchment and slide granola into an air tight container.
