• 4 cups rolled wheat flakes
• 2 cups Bob’s Red mill 5 grain rolled whole grain cereal
• 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
• 1 1/2 cups oat bran
• ¾ cup sunflower seeds
• 2 cups finely chopped almonds
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 cup honey
• ½ cup coconut oil
• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups raisins
• 1 cup cranberries

Here is how you make Joalene's Granola:

makes 27 1-cup servings.1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (165 degrees C). Have two large baking sheets on hand2. Measure 5 Tbs granulated sugar. in at least a quart size plastic ziploc bag. Pour in raisins and craisins. Shake to coat. Put on baking sheet and bake for 15 min. Set aside to cool3. Combine the oats, rolled wheat, 5 grain cereal, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, and coconut in a large bowl. 4. Stir together the salt, brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, olive oil, cinnamon, and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then pour over the dry ingredients, and stir to coat. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheets. 5. Bake granola mixture in the preheated oven about 25 minutes or 30-35 min. (until beginning to change to a golden color for more crunchy granola). Cool completely (about 2 hours), then stir in the raisins or cranberries before storing in an airtight container.
