Panko Japanese style breadcrumbs. How Do I Make Chard Gratin?Here is how you make Chard Gratin: Preheat oven to 350wash, remove ribs, and chop the chard.Dice the zuchinni, peeling first if skin is tough.Spray with cooking spray, a large skillet or dutch oven, heat 1/2 TBSP olive oil, sautee the onion and garlic until onions soften, add the chard and cook until wilted. Remove to bowl.Add remaining oil to the skillet and cook the zuchinni or yellow squash, stirring often until soft, when squash is just bout done add the chopped parsley and pepper to the squash and wilt. Add to the bowl with the chard mixture. Mix in the salt and cooked rice. Turn into a sprayed medium size baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes remove from oven.Beat the egg and EggBeaters together and mix into the dish of vegetables and rice.
