Here is how you make WFPB Protein Gravy:

Place lentils, oats and cashews in a saucepan. Add water and cook about 20 minutes until lentils are very soft. Blend thoroughly with either an immersion blender or put in a blender, being careful not to burn yourself. You can let this cool off some, and then do it. Add seasonings and blend til creamy like gravy. Adjust salt and pepper as needed to taste.
