1/4 C. small diced red onion
1 jalapeno pepper (deseeded) small diced
1/4 C. fire roasted corn off of cob(optional)
1 TBS. fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 limes (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp. kosher salt


How Do I Make guacamole?

Here is how you make guacamole:

Dice red onion, and tomato (1/8"-1/4"). Deseed jalapeno pepper and dice very fine. Chop cilantro leaves only (no stems). shave fresh corn cob and cook in small fry pan over high heat until lightly charred. put in freezer for 2-3 minutes until cool. Add ingredients together in mixing bowl. Add avacado, lime juice and salt.
