Here is how you make Homemade Cereal:

1. Soak steel cut oats in water for 4 hrs2. Cook Quinoa per instructions on package3. Strain steel cut oats to remove excess water and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees4. Mix coconut, almonds, flax seed, sunflower seeds, oats, quinoa and honey together. Spread mixture over 2 lined cookie sheets, mixture should be no more than 1/2 thick.4. Place cookie sheets in the oven for 25-35 mins until golden brown. You will need to stir every 5-8 mins to prevent any burning. 5.
