Here is how you make Homemade Seitan "Ribs":

Mix the dry ingredients (gluten, yeast, spices) in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix the soy sauce and ketchup into the veggie broth. Pour the liquid into the flour mixture, but only pour about 3/4 of what you have! You don't want it to be too watery, and you can always add more if it's too dry. Stir the mixture until it resembles dough, then put it on a counter or cutting board, and knead it until it's soft and smooth. Stretch it out as much as you can, you want the ribs to be pretty thin. Slice the ribs off. You can put the BBQ sauce on them before they go in the oven, or after. Line the ribs on a greased cookie sheet, and put in a 375 deg. preheated oven.
