Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Evenly spread oats and almonds on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Meanwhile, mix together honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. If it is thick, warm slightly (I use raw honey and it can be somewhat solid or thick at times). Mix together oats and honey mixture, flatten into a thin layer and bake another 5 minutes. Let cool then break into clusters and eat either as cereal or granola. The amounts given are for one serving, but it is just as easy to make more servings at once.
