What Are The Ingredients For Italian Frittata Recipe?

The ingredients for Italian Frittata are:

Spritz of olive oil
1/2 c. zucchini
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 roasted red sweet pepper, diced
Few leaves of basil, minced
Few leaves of oregano, minced
2 eggs, scrambled
1 T. lowfat cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste (not in nutritional values)


How Do I Make Italian Frittata?

Here is how you make Italian Frittata:

Saute zucchini, garlic, mushrooms, spices and peppers in a spritz of olive oil until most of water has evaporated and mixture is about 1/2 of it's original volume. Push to side of pan and add two eggs. Stir eggs around until starting to set, mix in vegetables and incorporate fully. Cook a few more minutes and remove to heat.
