Mix Rucola, canned asparagus and artichoke in a bowl with lemon juice. Salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Make bechamel sauce using even amounts of butter and flour and add milk and vegetable broth. Pour bechamel sauce on bottom of pan and layer first layer of noodles on top. Then add rucola mix, grated cheese, and again bechamel and noodles. Layer like this and add cheese on top of the last layer of noodles. Then bake in the oven until the noodles are through.
