Here is how you make Lasagna a la Mom:

Mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, and parsley. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and dot with sauce. Place a layer of noodles in bottom of pan. Spread half of cheese mixture over the noodles. Then layer half tomato sauce and mozzerella. Repeat the layering, finishing with a layer of noodles, the remaining sauce, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Can also add spinach over the ricotta layers. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
