1 box Barilla No-Bake Lasagne Noodles
1 stick butter
1 onion finely chopped (or 1/4 cup onion powder)
3 cloves crushed garlic (or 3 garlic cubes from Trader Joes)
1/2 cup flour of your choice (I like GF varieties)
1 Tsp Salt
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups milk fo your choice (I use Almond Milk)
4 cups Mozzarella divided
2 cups Italian Cheese Blend
1-2 Tsp Basil (I use 2 basil cubes from Trader Joes)
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 cups Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
2 Eggs

1 9x13 lasagna pan


How Do I Make White Lasagna?

Here is how you make White Lasagna:

Combine milk and chicken broth in 4 cup measuring cup. Set aside.Beat eggs in a mixing bowl and add one tsp basil, add the ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella and one cup Italian Cheese Blend. Set aside.Melt butter in large sauce pan. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir in flour and salt and simmer until bubbly. Blend in broth/milk mixture and boil stirring constantly for one minute. Reduce heat to low and immediately stir in 2 cups Mozzarella, 1/2 cup Italian Cheese Blend and remaining basil.Build your assembly line. Spray the lasagna pan with cooking spray. Spread about 1/3 sauce in bottom of pan. Dip edge of noodle into sauce and place four sheets of noodles slightly overlapping into the sauce. Follow with 1/2 the ricotta mixture, sprinkle lightly with cheese and add one cup of sauce. Dip edge of noodle into sauce and repeat placing 4 noodles slightly overlapping. Follow with the other 1/2 of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle lightly with cheese and add one cup of sauce. Dip edge of the noodles into sauce and repeat placing 4 noodles slightly overlapping. Cover with remainder of sauce then sprinkle with remaining cheese.Cover tightly with foil (I LOVE Renolds Non-stick Foil) and place in oven. Bake 35 minutes then remove foil and bake for additional 5 minutes.
