1 bag Wegmans Don't Have A Cow meatless beef crumbles
2 jars Wegmans Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce (I didn't use quite all of the 2nd jar, left about 1 cup or so)
1 pkg 2% lowfat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
15oz container Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
Lasagna noodles
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil


How Do I Make "Meat" Lasagna?

Here is how you make "Meat" Lasagna:

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Salt if desired. Add lasagna noodles one by one. Boil for 12 minutes, or until done. Drain and rinse under cold water. In the meantime, dump sauce into a medium saucepan, add spices. Heat over med-low heat, add meatless crumbles. Continue to heat thoroughly, stirring often.Add a couple Tbsp of sauce to the bottom of a glass 9x12 pan. Layer 3 noodles, about 1 cup of sauce, 1/3 of the container of ricotta, 1/4 of the bag of cheese. Repeat. The top layer of noodles will just have sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.Cover with aluminum foil, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake for about 10 minutes.
