Here is how you make Lazy Pierogie:

Cook and mash potatoes. Add cheese and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Grease 9x13in. pan. Laye half of the noodles in pan, top with onion/butter. Spread all of potato/cheese mix on noodles. add some onions/butter. Put remainder of noodles on potatoes. Top with remaining onion/butter and push down on noodles so they are well covered.
