1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft

Directions1. Pulse lentils in a food processor until coarsely ground and transfer to a large mixing bowl, or put lentils in large bowl and mash with potato masher if you don't have a food processor;2. Mix onion, egg, bell pepper, and bread crumbs with the lentils; add mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to the lentils and mix.3. Spread cornmeal into a wide, shallow bowl. Divide the lentil mixture into 8 equally sized portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties. Dredge patties in cornmeal to coat. 4. Bake at 375 until browned.Serving Size:?makes 8 patties approximately 1/2 cup each
