1/4 C. Red bell pepper
1/4 C. Chopped onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 chile
1tsp. Cumin
1tbsp. Canola oil /corn oil
1/3 C Water
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste

And if you see the lentils "dough" need something stick together you could add 1 tsp. of flour. I use Chickpea flour (Ground Garbanzo beans). Wich should be a low carb flour.

Here is how you make Lentil Patties:

Serving Size: 6 flat patties / 4 thick patties1) Soak lentils overnight.2)Put everything in a food processor, make a few pulses until lentils become ground but not completely to keep some of its texture.3) in a pre-heated (medium) non stick skillet oil it with the cooking spray,put 2 tbsp, of the dough and flatten with the back of a spoon.3) cook until borders brown then turn it and cook for a few minutes.Try them more thick as a burger, or flat for a more crunchy version. I usually have this with leafy salad, sometimes I eat them with a drop yellow mustard on them.
