- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 T. flax meal
- 2 c. soy milk
- 1/4c. olive oil
- 1 t. sage
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. celery salt
- add Bragg's liquid amino or just salt to taste
