Fry stirring at regular intervals.6. Add garlic and ginger.7. Fry till golden brown8. Add tomatoes and stir till all mushed up9. Add dry spices and stir10. Add a little water and stir.11. leave till the water dries12. Add washed lentils13. Add water.14 Turn the heat to high and close pressure cooker15. Cook till the whistle blows16. Turn heat to very low and leave for approx 10 mts.17. Wait till the pressure cooker is ready to be opened. Taste and adjust spices to suit.
