1 can Navy Beans
2 tbs Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 large Onion, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped
2 Carrots, finely chopped
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp chopped parsley

How Do I Make Chickpea Loaf?

Here is how you make Chickpea Loaf:

Drain and rinse the two kinds of beans and mash well. Heat oil in large skillet & saute onions, celery, and carrot until tender. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add remaining spices. Add to the mashed chick peas & mix well. Add the tahini & mix well. Place in a large baking pan or two small loaf pans & bake at 375F for 45 minutes.
