How Do I Make Macaroni and Peas?

Here is how you make Macaroni and Peas:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Pre-heat your broiler. Cut up butter and Velveeta. Drain, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta water. Add the pasta water, evaporated milk, butter, and Velveeta to the pasta and stir constantly over low heat until everything is melted and blended. Meanwhile, cook peas in the microwave according to package directions. Stir the peas into the pasta. Empty into a cassarole dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Broil for 3-5 minutes until cheddar is melted and just starting to brown.
