Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking sprayPulse onion and celery in food processor until finely chopped. Set aside in a large mixing bowl.Grind oats in processor and add to celery and onion.Pulse beans in processor, leaving some texture.Put beans in with oats and vegetables and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well-combined and thoroughly moistened.Put mixture into loaf pan and distribute evenly.Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are starting to brown.
