Seitan is a doughy meat substitute that can be made to resemble most meat products. It is made from vital wheat gluten.*COOKING INSTRUCTIONS*Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix well.Dump onto work surface and knead gently for 2-3 minutesLet dough rest for 5 minutes.Line a loaf pan first with aluminum foil.Add seitan, smashing down until evenly distributed. Fold the foil to seal. Cook, wrapped for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Fold away the top of the aluminum foil and expose the top of the meatloaf. Return to oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
