Finely chop the vegetables or place larger chunks into a food processor. Mash the cooked lentils to form a paste and set aside.In a non-stick pan, cook vegetables until tender.Add cooked vegetables, mashed lentils and the rest of the ingrediants, except ketchup, in a large bowl. Mix thuroughly.Spoon into a small greased or non-stick loaf pan. Press to form a loaf. Spread ketchup of barbeque sauce on top.
