1 cup Mushrooms, canned
2 medium Carrots, raw
3 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
1 block Tofu, firm
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Ginger Root
3 tsp Granulated Sugar
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh


How Do I Make Linda's Sloppy Mess?

Here is how you make Linda's Sloppy Mess:

Mince the garlic. Chop all the vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Chop the tofu into 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the onion and garlic for a minute. Add a bit of water, and close the lid. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chopped potatoes and carrots. Add the rest of the water, cover and let cook until the potatoes are tender. Add the mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes, and let simmer for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and let simmer for a few minutes. Adjust the salt and pepper.
