Here is how you make Mexican Lasangna:

Saute peppers & onions with cooking spray, mix in salsa (save about 2 tbsp) and black beans. Spread 2 tbsp salsa on bottom of square pyrex dish (perfect if size of tortilla). Layer 1/4 of bean mixture on tortilla and then 1/4 cup cheese on top of that. Repeat with rest of mixture, tortillas and cheese.
