0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground

Here is how you make Chickpea Omelette Mix:

Mix all ingredients well. Store in an air-tight container (blog says in the fridge but I keep mine at room temp) To make omelette: Heat frying pan (non-stick or use some oil) over medium heat. Mix 1/3 cup mix with 1/3 cup water. Pour mix into pan and spread evenly with spatula, and cook until dry-looking on top, then flip over and cook about 2-4 minutes longer (cooking time will depend on how things or thick it is).
