Here is how you make Mixed Veg Chilli:

Spray pan with canola oil on medium heat. Saute onion, peppers, mushrooms with garlic and chillies until soft. Add sweet potato, carrots, kidney beans, corn and sauce. Bring to boil, reduce to low simmer until sweet potato and carrots are cooked through. Add stock powder and water as necessary. Season.
