How Do I Make Lisa's Cafe Mocha Protein Power Porridge?

Here is how you make Lisa's Cafe Mocha Protein Power Porridge:

Add the coffee to the oatmeal and oat bran, stir, and microwave on high for 2 minutes. You are using the coffee in the place of the water you would use to make this. You can also use milk, but I use water to make mind. Stir in the egg whites after the first two minutes. Again, it will not change the texture or chunk up like cooked eggs. It just adds a delightful creaminess to the porridge texture. Cook for another minute or minute and a half (depending on how thick you like it). Stir in the extracts and add Stevia or any sweetener you use if you prefer it sweet. I like the taste of strong coffee, so I do not use sweetener...it's your choice. Lastly, place the cottage cheese scoop on top...stir it in a little so it melts and ENJOY your cafe mocha porridge! You can also add creamer or milk - again, a personal choice. Please let me know what you think.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LB1019.
