Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine dry and wet ingredients and then mix together (don't overstir). Fold in berries. Grease muffin pan with Pam and fill (each will be about 3/4 full). Bake til firm and golden (20-30 min). Let cool for 5-10 minutes then transfer to rack.I keep them in the freezer, grab one every morning and microwave on high for a minute.
