Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mash bananas and combine with applesauce. With electric mixer, Mix together egg, oil, vanilla and sugars, add fruit and mix well. Combine with dry ingredients and add chips.Place in preheated 375 oven in sprayed muffin tins and bake for 18 t0 20 minutes. Check with toothpick to make sure centers are done.
