Here is how you make Healthy Morning Muffins:

Makes about 15 muffins. Preheat oven to 350?Sift all dry ingredients (flours, powder, soda, salt and spices) into a large bowl.In the bowl of a stand mixer add in the carrots, beets, applesauce, sour cream, oil, vanilla, sugar and egg. mix until fully incorporated. Mix in dry ingredients gradually in two batches, mixing for 30 seconds after the first. Once completely mixed, add in the nuts and raisins.Pour a scoop into each muffin cup and bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
