about 1/4 cup cheese if desired and also spices to taste

Here is how you make Veggie Muffins:

Mix eggs and milk til well blended. Add in spices. Add Flour and blend together. Add in cooked vegetables and cheese if desired. Grease a muffin pan and fill muffin pan with vegetable mixture.
