Here is how you make Mushroom Burgers Patties:

Pulse whole mushrooms in food processor until finely chopped but not mushy. Yield 2 cups chopped. It is best to do this in batches. Put chopped mushrooms in medium bowl. Pulse seeds in food processor until finely chopped. Put in bowl with mushrooms. Mix mushrooms, seeds, pablo, eggs and seasonings until well combined. Form patties using about half a cup if mixture. Place on small cookie sheet or plate lined with wax paper. Put in freezer for a few minutes to firm up patties. In hot pan with drizzle of oil brown patties on both sides. Can be eaten right away as a burger substitute or individually wrap in plastic wrap and then foul and freeze for later use.
